Time with Caiden
Caiden came over, we had a couple hours of fun. Drank Hot chocolate, his was not hot!, he help out in making Mint Tea for Grandpa, sang Christmas songs, it was a great time. Omar and tracy can go shopping again any time!!

Owen
I have to mentioned that Owen my nephew help out too, though I have no pictures of him with masa up to his elbows, he did a great job keeping Caiden interested in sharing his toys with him including his " stinky"

Here, the ligths are on. I really like the way it turn out, I really, really wanted a skinny tree this year!
Next week I will have some of my family come over and help make tamales, we have being doing this for years, I hope that when I'm old or gone! one of them wil carry the tradition. Who know one of this ladies could be the next tamalera.

Coasters send to Mass.
Damien and Jen also got some coasters and a set of pillow cases, Jen said the pillow cases are funky, I wonder if that is good or?
I send Damiem a 'cap" from Castle Park, his old HS.

I send out Christmas stockings to Danielle and coasters too, the U.s. post office was nice to us,again and she received her package, she reports in saying she loves the stockings she said they hang on the fireplace I' waiting on pictures, here are some of the ones I took while "modeling" them to DH.

Giving Thanksg.
Table set for two.
this Year DH and I decided to give thanks at home!
Long ago we used to host, had my sister and her daughters along with some of their friends,my children's friends and some of our friend too,some times it was much more that my house could FIT,It was a lot of fun. now we are all grown-up and many of us have mature enough to start our own traditions.
I'm thankful that my children have found their home away from home. I'm thankful and happy for them.
I'm thankful for the friends that once joined us for THANKSGIVING they too had to follow the path set before them in order to make a living. though they are far, they are near my heart, in this and every holiday.
My sister and her daughters, they too, have there own families to tend to. Now they take part in their own tradition.
I (we) have being invited to join Tom and Marilyn home ( Omar's in-laws) for the last 3 years, they asked us again this Year, but we wanted to re-start or own tradition and be with each other to give thanks for the fun Years of yesterday and to anticipate and welcome many new changes that the future might bring. So our new tradition is to be different and do as one needs to. sometimes it means being alone together on a day off.
So table for two is set.

Memories
We took our grandson to Disneyland, while there we got Noah a lollipop, because as you see in this picture he was sneaking a taste of this brothers ( Damien)so yes we send him a Pop just for fun!! and we also send him a copy of the picture from way back.
LET'S SEE
What did we send Noah on his last parcel?, well the one before, the last one he has not receive Yet so I can disclose.
Among other things I send a few cups of instant soup it used to be favorite snack upon returning home from school, or at least that is were he said that he was !!.
